City & State
To search for facilities or permits in a particular City, you must also specify the State (use the two-letter abbreviation) in which it is located. Separate city and state by a comma as for a postal address. The search routine for city name is fairly precise so be sure to try all possible variations and alternate spellings: i.e., try both Saint Louis and St. Louis.

ZIP Code
Enter a five-digit ZIP Code. You may not combine a ZIP Code search with a city & state combination. The ZIP code search will return all facilities with the same ZIP code in at least one of the permits or program records.

Results
The results of your search will be returned as a list of facilities that met your search criteria.

If you do want to run a query for all facilities in the system, use the links at the bottom or along the left side of the ECHO homepage to go to the All Programs search. Then type in the City and State or ZIP Code you are interested in. If too many facilities are returned than can be displayed, use the additional criteria in the All Programs search to further refine your search.
