Annual Reports

The Annual Reports provide summary, state-level data for facility universe, inspections, compliance status, and enforcement of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and hazardous waste laws. The reports use "frozen" data that may be used to evaluate compliance and enforcement activity at the end of each fiscal year. "Frozen" data provides a snapshot view of how compliance and enforcement programs are performing. Please visit EPA's state comments on frozen data page to access files or links provided by states that discuss state comments on the frozen data.

Annual Reports with detailed descriptions of each metric for fiscal year 2008 and 2009 are available in PDF format. For fiscal years 2009 and beyond, summary data tables and graphs will be available for download through this tool.
